The 4308R-102-822 is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring 4 independent resistors of equal value with isolated connections between pairs of pins. This device is rated for a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and delivers 0.20 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature, with power derating to zero from +70°C to +125°C. The resistor network offers a resistance tolerance of ±2% for values between 50 ohms and 5 megohms, with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (50 O to 2.2 MO) and superior package integrity through its low-profile design compatible with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment. The 4308R-102-822 is ideal for applications requiring multiple isolated resistor functions in compact form factors, such as SCSI termination, R/2R ladder networks, and DRAM applications, with RoHS-compliant versions available.
