The 4306R-101-393 is a 6-pin thick film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration with a resistance value of 39 kO. This low-profile component incorporates five thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, providing a compact solution for applications requiring multiple matched resistors. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a power rating of 0.75 watts at 70°C, and features a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) with ±2% tolerance. The resistor network is RoHS compliant, compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including load life (±1.00%), moisture resistance (±0.50%), and thermal shock (±0.25%). These networks are ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other digital circuit applications where space-efficient, matched resistor arrays are required.
