The 1036A-BLK-1000 is a UL-rated instrumentation cable featuring 1 triad of 18 AWG (7x26) bare copper conductors with PVC insulation and E1 color coding, designed for control and instrumentation applications. The cable incorporates an overall Beldfoil (aluminum/polyester) shield with 100% coverage and a tinned copper drain wire (20 AWG, 7x28 construction), providing excellent EMI protection. The outer jacket is black PVC with a nominal diameter of 0.266 inches and wall thickness of 0.037 inches, including a ripcord for easy stripping. Electrical characteristics include a nominal conductor DC resistance of 5.86 Ohm/1000ft, capacitance of 50 pF/ft, and inductance of 0.17 µH/ft, with a UL voltage rating of 300V RMS for PLTC/CMG applications. The cable operates reliably over a temperature range of -30°C to +105°C and meets UL 1685, CSA FT4, and IEEE 1202 flammability standards.
