The 5GSH920 is a high-performance tactile pushbutton switch from the Multimec 5G series, designed to meet MIL-PRF-28855H specifications with excellent illumination capabilities. It features a sealed IP67 design, 1 mm travel distance, and is available with three actuation force options: 2.0 N, 3.5 N, or 6.5 N, with momentary or NC/NO switching functions. The switch utilizes PPS UL94V0 housing and actuator materials with stainless steel contact springs and silver or gold plating on contacts, ensuring durability and reliability. Operating temperature range extends from -40°C to +85°C for illuminated versions, with a lifetime exceeding 10,000,000 cycles for NO configuration and 1,000,000 cycles for NC/NO. The 5GSH920 is available in surface mount (SMD) or through-hole (TH) configurations with optional single or bi-color LED illumination in multiple colors including blue, green, yellow, white, red, and high-intensity green.
