C14610A01750015 is a modular connector insert system from the heavy mate F series designed for industrial power distribution applications. The system supports mixed voltage and current requirements, including 3 × 400V at 50A with 6mm² wire gauge, 8 × 250V at 8A with 1.5mm² wire gauge, and 5 × 400V at 15A with 4mm² wire gauge configurations. The connector modules are supplied without crimp contacts and can be engaged or disengaged when live without electrical load; however, if mated or unmated under load, the load must be reduced to 10% of rated current. The system features a first-to-mate last-to-break protective ground contact and is designed according to DIN EN 175 301 801 standards. The PE connection torque specification is 1.2 Nm. This modular design enables flexible configuration for complex industrial power distribution systems where multiple voltage and current levels must be accommodated in a single connector assembly.
