描述
CC2D25S is a fully-calibrated digital humidity and temperature sensor from the ChipCap 2 series, featuring sleep mode for low power consumption. It offers ±2.0% RH accuracy (20–80% RH) and ±0.3°C temperature accuracy with 14-bit resolution, operating from a 5V supply voltage. The sensor operates over a wide temperature range of -40 to 125°C and 0 to 100% RH (non-condensing), with typical supply current of 750 µA and ultra-low sleep current of 0.6 µA. Housed in a compact LCC SMD package (5.5 × 4.0 mm), it integrates a capacitive polymer RH sensor and PTA temperature sensor with ASIC. Common applications include HVAC control, medical instruments, weather stations, and automotive cabin climate control systems.
