The NPA-300B-015D is a surface-mount pressure sensor designed for calibrated differential pressure measurement with a 15 PSI (100 kPa) full-scale range. It features 3.3V excitation voltage (3.135 V to 3.465 V), low-power amplified analog output, and operates over a compensated temperature range of 0°C to 60°C with an extended operating range of -40°C to +125°C. The sensor achieves a total error band of ±1.5% FSO and includes an on-chip temperature sensor, with a proof pressure rating of 60 psi for the 5 psi to 30 psi range. Packaged in a miniature SOIC14 surface-mount configuration with dual barbed ports for differential pressure applications, the NPA-300B-015D is delivered in tape and reel form for simplified manufacturing handling.
