The 3049-SL005 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electrical interconnections and wiring applications. It features a 26 AWG tinned copper conductor (7/34 stranding) with a nominal 0.016" wall PVC insulation, providing an overall diameter of 0.051" ± 0.002". The wire is rated for 300 V RMS and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, meeting UL AWM/STYLE 1007 (80°C/300 V RMS) and AWM/STYLE 1569 (105°C/300 V RMS) standards, as well as CSA TR-64 (90°C) and FT1 flame ratings. With a nominal inductance of 0.08 µH/ft and conductor DC resistance of 41 O/1000 ft at 20°C, this wire is suitable for control circuits, instrumentation, and low-voltage interconnections in industrial and commercial equipment.
