DESCRIPTION

5-1437180-1 is a FlexStrip flat ribbon jumper cable designed for flexible interconnect solutions in electronic assemblies. The product supports multiple conductor pitches ranging from 1.00 mm (0.039 in) to 5.08 mm (0.200 in), with configurable pin arrangements and insulation materials including Nomex, Polyester, Teflon, and Kapton. Standard jumper lengths range from 11.92 mm to 152.40 mm (0.500 to 6.000 inches) in increments of 2.50 mm (0.10 in), plus 6.35 mm (0.25 in) and 19.05 mm (0.75 in) options, with special pin lengths available up to 609.6 mm (24.0 inches). The cable features a minimum bend radius of 3.18 mm and supports conductor counts up to 70 per strip depending on pitch configuration.
