32981 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for reliable wire termination in control circuits and power wiring applications. The terminal features a 0.375 inch width, 0.312 inch tongue material thickness, and 0.728 inch dimension E, with a maximum length of 0.920 inch, accommodating wire sizes in the 22-36 circular mills range (0.26-1.65 mm²). It includes red insulation color coding for easy wire size identification and is equipped with serration or dimple features inside the terminal barrel to provide exceptional barrel contact and tensile strength. The terminal is designed for use with M5 stud connections and supports wire diameters up to 0.140 inch (3.56 mm), making it suitable for high-speed production applications with funnel entry design for easy wire insertion and reliable termination in demanding electrical environments.
