DESCRIPTION

BDS2A100470RK is a 100W thick film power resistor from the BDS100 Series, designed for high-power density applications requiring low inductance. It features a 47O resistance value with ±10% tolerance, series inductance less than 40nH, and operates in a compact 38mm x 25mm Isotrop case with a 2-terminal standard configuration. The resistor offers excellent thermal performance with rated power of 25W/50W/100W at heatsink temperatures of 115°C/100°C/60°C respectively, and withstands operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C. With partial discharge less than 10pC at 2kV and isolating voltage of 2.5kVac rms, this resistor is ideal for snubbing, filtering, balancing, and high-frequency applications where reliability and stability are essential.
