DESCRIPTION

The 7101K12ZQE is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) miniature toggle switch from C&K's 7000 Series, featuring a K12 locking lever actuator with 0.732 inches maximum height in the unlocked position and 0.662 inches when locked. This switch is designed for applications requiring secure position retention with a 2-position locking mechanism. The device operates over a temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and provides contact resistance below 10 mO typical at 2–4 V DC with 100 mA, with an insulation resistance of 10? O minimum and dielectric strength of 1000 Vrms minimum at sea level. The switch supports electrical life of 100,000 make-and-break cycles at full load and is commonly used in control panels, instrumentation, and applications where reliable, locked switching positions are essential.
