DESCRIPTION
The CAUBLKAB-5M is a USB 2.0 compliant cable assembly connecting USB Type A and Type B connectors with a 5.0-meter (16.41-foot) length. The cable features one 28 AWG stranded tinned copper twisted pair for power and two 24 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors for data, with overall aluminized polyester shielding and tinned copper braided shielding plus a drain wire, all enclosed in a black PVC outer jacket. Both connectors are Series A USB plugs with gold plating and 30-contact rating, molded hoods with strain relief, and 360° shield termination with the drain wire connected to the connector shells. This cable assembly is ideal for connecting USB peripherals such as printers, scanners, and external storage devices over extended distances while maintaining signal integrity and EMI protection.
