DESCRIPTION

MDM-51PCBRM7L56-A174 is a 51-contact Micro-D PCB connector designed for high-density, high-reliability board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable applications. It features pin (plug) contacts with condensed right angle (CBR) board mount termination in a .100" x .100" thru-hole staggered grid pattern, M7 jackpost mounting hardware, and an electroless nickel (A174) shell finish. The connector utilizes a Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator material and offers .050" contact spacing. Key electrical specifications include dielectric withstanding voltage of 600 VAC at sea level, insulation resistance of 5,000 megohms minimum, and contact resistance of 8 milliohms maximum at 3 amps. This connector is suitable for use with flex circuitry, flat cable, printed circuit boards, and multi-layer boards in demanding aerospace and military applications.
