DESCRIPTION

MC12ED220G-F is a multilayer RF mica chip capacitor designed for high-frequency RF applications requiring high Q and low ESR performance. This 220 pF capacitor is rated for 500 Vdc operation in a 1210 case size, featuring a natural mica dielectric that maintains high Q to many megahertz and exhibits excellent frequency stability. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a capacitance tolerance of ±5%, and is wave solderable with FR4 board compatibility. Its rugged construction exceeds 2 mm bend test requirements and provides high RF current capability with dV/dt of 20,000 V/µs, making it ideal for MRI coils, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and CATV applications.
