DESCRIPTION
ZV30K0603300NIR1HT is a low voltage, high temperature SMD multilayer varistor from the Bourns ZVHT series, designed to protect sensitive electronic devices against high voltage surges. It features a maximum continuous working voltage of 30 Vrms (38 Vdc), a varistor voltage of 47 V at 1 mA, and a clamping voltage of 77 V at 8/20 µs pulse. The device offers a maximum surge current of 30 A (8/20 µs), typical capacitance of 160 pF, and operates over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
