DESCRIPTION
PL18Y-301-35 is a PowerLok 10mm single-position plug assembly designed for high-voltage DC power distribution applications. The connector features a black key designation (Y variant) with integrated high-voltage interlock (HVIL) and is rated for 35 mm² cable cross-section with an accepted wire outer diameter of 14.5±0.5 mm. It delivers a current rating of 150A at 1000 VDC operating voltage, with a dielectric withstand voltage of 5000 VDC, and includes automatic secondary locking and electromagnetic shielding for secure connections.
