DESCRIPTION

The 3EGG8C-1 is a power entry module with enhanced EMI filter and dual fusing capability, featuring an internal ground-circuit inductor to isolate equipment chassis from power line ground at radio frequencies. This GG Series module provides a two-element circuit for basic EMI attenuation and is available with wire lead termination (18 AWG, UL1015, minimum 5.0 inches). The module is rated for 3A continuous current at 250 VAC maximum operating voltage with 50/60 Hz frequency, and includes a line inlet conforming to IEC 60320-1 C14 standard. It features low leakage current (<0.5 mA) and is UL recognized, CSA certified, and VDE approved. The 3EGG8C-1 is commonly used in industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer electronics requiring reliable power filtering and protection against electromagnetic interference.
