DESCRIPTION

1-171196-0 is a 5.0 mm Power Key Connector (5.0 PKC) designed as a wire-to-board connector for power circuits in home appliances, particularly gas appliances. The connector features a compact design with a 19.4 mm mated height and incorporates a double lock plate that ensures complete loading of contacts with a clear clicking sound for easier insertion. The housing includes protective walls surrounding the locking levers to prevent tangling with wires, and is designed to release bubbles created during potting processes. The connector accepts wire sizes from 24 to 16 AWG and is compatible with PCB board thickness of 1.6 mm, supporting applications up to 150 VAC when round dimensions are 3 mm or less.
