DESCRIPTION

7001212 is an SCS Dri-Shield 2000 moisture barrier bag designed to provide packaging protection for ESD and moisture sensitive items. The bag features a multi-layer construction of aluminized polyester and polyethylene with a thickness of 3.6 mils (0.0914 mm ±10%), providing excellent puncture resistance of 20 lbs (89 N) and tensile strength of 7800 PSI (54 MPa). It offers superior moisture protection with an MVTR of =0.035 grams/100 sq. in./24 hrs and ESD shielding of less than 10 nJ. The bag is heat sealable at temperatures of 300°F - 400°F (140°C - 204°C) with a seal strength of 15 lbs (66 N). This product meets ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD S541, and ANSI/ESD S11.4 Level 3 standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic components during storage and transport.
