MOC3010M
The MOC3010M is an optically isolated, random-phase triac driver optocoupler designed for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs. ...
DESCRIPTION
The MOC3010M is an optically isolated triac driver device containing a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) infrared emitting diode coupled to a light-activated silicon bilateral switch. It features a peak blocking voltage of 250 V and requires a maximum LED trigger current of 15 mA. The device provides high electrical isolation rated at 4,170 VACRMS for one minute between the input and output. Designed for interfacing electronic controls with power triacs, it is ideal for controlling resistive and inductive loads in 115 VAC operations such as industrial controls, solid-state relays, and lamp dimmers.
