DESCRIPCIÓN
The 049LF-40-3 is a TTL 5.0V oscillator (model F1100ELF) designed to generate stable clock signals for digital applications. It operates across a frequency range of 1.5 MHz to 59 MHz with a frequency stability of ±100 PPM and an operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The device features TTL-compatible output with rise and fall times of 10 ns (1.5–25 MHz) or 5 ns (25–59 MHz), output symmetry of 45–55% at lower frequencies and 40–60% at higher frequencies, and current consumption ranging from 15 mA to 70 mA depending on frequency. Start-up time varies from 15 ms to 35 ms depending on the operating frequency. This oscillator is ideal for use in digital systems, microcontroller applications, and timing circuits where reliable clock generation is essential.
