DESCRIPTION

STS321360U351 is a unidirectional TVS diode ESD suppressor designed to protect one I/O line from electrostatic discharge and transient voltage events. It features a reverse working voltage of 36 V, a minimum reverse breakdown voltage of 39 V at 1 mA, and low reverse leakage current of 0.1 µA maximum. The device provides clamping voltages of 45 V typical at 1 A and 60 V typical at 6 A (8/20 µs pulse), with a junction capacitance of 35 pF typical. Housed in a SOD-323 package with tin termination finish, it meets IEC61000-4-2 ESD protection up to ±15 kV (contact) and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Common applications include cellular handsets, portable electronics, notebooks, desktops, servers, and microprocessor-based equipment.
