DESCRIPTION
The 515-1362-1050F is a right-angle vertical panel mount OPTOPIPE light pipe designed to direct light from surface-mount LEDs to front panel indicators. This convex lens variant features a diffused textured surface and is precision-molded from RoHS-compliant UL94-V0 water-clear polycarbonate with an oxygen index of 35%, offering halogen-free construction. The light pipe has a 5mm diameter output, a mounting hole size of 0.156" ± 0.002" (3.96mm ± 0.05mm), and operates reliably across a temperature range of -0°C to +100°C. It is optimally designed for use with Dialight surface-mount LEDs (PLCC-2 and PLCC-4 types) and provides a cost-effective solution for bringing indication to front panels where the PCB is perpendicular to the panel.
