DESCRIPTION

MC12FA101J-TF is a multilayer RF mica chip capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power applications. It features a capacitance of 100 pF with ±5% tolerance, a rated voltage of 100 Vdc, and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The capacitor utilizes a 1210 case size and natural mica dielectric that retains high-Q performance at UHF/VHF frequencies with dV/dt capability of 20,000 V/µs. This component is free from thermal cracking, FR4 compatible, wave solderable, and exceeds 2 mm bend test requirements. Common applications include MRI coils and generators, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and mobile radio systems.
