The CFM130M240 is a 130 W medical-grade AC-DC power supply in a compact 2" × 3" open frame format, delivering 24 VDC output with universal input range of 80–264 Vac and active power factor correction. It provides 4.2 A at full load with natural convection cooling and 5.4 A with fan cooling, achieving up to 93% efficiency at 230 Vac and 75% load. The output voltage is regulated to ±2% accuracy with ±0.5% line regulation and ±1% load regulation, while output ripple and noise is limited to 240 mV peak-to-peak. The unit features continuous short circuit protection, over-voltage protection set at 30 VDC, and over-current protection at 115–145% of rated load, with automatic recovery on all protection events. Operating temperature range is -30 °C to +70 °C, storage temperature -40 °C to +85 °C, and it meets IEC/EN/UL 60601-1 2 MOPP medical safety standards with Class I and Class II approvals.
