DESCRIPTION

The HLW4R-2C7LF is a 1.00mm pitch non-ZIF right-angle FFC/FPC connector designed for flexible flat cable and flexible printed circuit applications. It features a compact height of 3.9mm for right-angle orientation with through-hole (DIP) board termination and top contact location, supporting 4 to 32 contact positions. The connector delivers robust electrical performance with a voltage rating of 100V AC/DC, current rating of 1.0A AC/DC, contact resistance of 30mO maximum, and insulation resistance of 500MO minimum, while maintaining dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V AC at 1mA for 1 minute. Operating reliably across -55°C to +85°C, with lead-free tin plating and RoHS compliance, this connector is widely used in automotive dashboards, LCD/OLED displays, industrial controllers, telecommunications equipment, and medical devices such as patient monitors and infusion pumps.
