DESCRIPTION

The DS2D6AQ2 is an interlock pushbutton switch from the DS Series designed for reliable snap-action operation in circuit interrupt and detection applications. It features snap-in mounting, a snap-action mechanism, and is available in single pole double throw (SPDT) or double pole double throw (DPDT) configurations with momentary or latch operation modes. The switch is constructed with PA 66/6 halogen-free housing (UL94V-0), copper alloy terminals with silver plating, and silver alloy contacts with gold plating, ensuring durability and reliable electrical performance. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with dielectric strength of 1500 V and insulation resistance of 100 MO minimum, this switch is ideal for industrial control panels, safety interlocks, and detection circuits where robust performance and long electrical life are required.
