DESCRIPTION

The 2027-23-BLF is a 2-pole gas discharge tube (GDT) designed for overvoltage and surge protection across telecommunications, industrial, commercial, consumer, and automotive electronics. It features an 8 mm diameter and 6 mm length with a DC sparkover voltage of 230 V (±15%) at 100 V/s rise rate, and impulse sparkover voltages of 450 V at 100 V/µs and 675 V at 1000 V/µs. The device is UL recognized, offers high surge current rating capability (up to 25,000 A for 8/20 µs impulse), and maintains stable breakdown characteristics throughout its operational life. With insulation resistance exceeding 10¹° O, arc voltage greater than 10 V, and capacitance below 1 pF, this RoHS-compliant component provides reliable protection in demanding environments with operating temperatures from -55°C to +125°C.
