DESCRIPTION

FST-4.5A-5 is a flexible jumper wire assembly designed for interconnection and signal routing in electronic applications. The product features a 4.5 mm conductor pitch with 5 conductors, offering configurable pin arrangements and multiple insulation material options including Nomex, Polyester, Teflon, and Kapton. Standard jumper lengths range from 11.92 mm to 152.40 mm in increments of 2.50 mm, with additional lengths available in 6.35 mm and 19.05 mm increments. The assembly supports various wire gauges (24 to 28 AWG) and bend configurations (E, F, G, H, J, K, L), with a minimum bend radius of 3.18 mm for all conductor pitches. This flexible jumper is commonly used in automotive, telecommunications, and industrial control systems where reliable interconnection and space-efficient routing are required.
