The system is controlled via a Windows-based PC platform with touchscreen interface, allowing operators to program and store force, distance, speed, and optional pin penetration parameters for consistent, repeatable operations. The machine accommodates PCB sizes up to 610 × 915 mm (24 × 36 in) and operates on standard 208/240 VAC single-phase power (6 amps, 50/60 Hz) with shop air requirements of 0.6 MPa (80–120 psi).
