DESCRIPTION

322315 is a pre-insulated solderless terminal designed for 12-10 AWG wire sizes, featuring a yellow vinyl insulation stripe for easy identification. The terminal employs a 0.042-inch thick copper tongue with Type A style and is compatible with #14 stud sizes, providing secure mechanical and electrical connections. The terminal incorporates serrations inside the barrel for maximum contact and tensile strength after crimping, along with a funnel ramp entry to prevent strand turning and enable rapid wire insertion during high-speed production. With a maximum temperature rating of 105°C and tin plating per ASTM B-545 for corrosion resistance, this terminal is suitable for control circuits and power wiring applications requiring reliable long-term performance.
