DESCRIPTION

322001 is a PIDG standard spade terminal designed for electrical connectivity applications. It accommodates 26-22 AWG wire sizes (0.12-0.40 mm²) and features a tin-plated copper construction with a copper sleeve for vibration resistance and improved wire insulation support. The terminal has inner serrations for maximum electrical contact and tensile strength, with a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.082 inch (2.08 mm). It is rated for operating temperatures up to 105°C and operating voltages up to 300V, making it suitable for industrial applications including instruments, control systems, lighting, power supplies, and transportation equipment. The terminal is UL/CSA listed and MIL-Spec approved, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
