DESCRIPTION
D34715 is a Dri-Shield 3400 series foil moisture barrier bag designed to provide protection for ESD sensitive and moisture sensitive electronics, typically SMT (Surface Mount Technology) items. The bag is manufactured from a laminate of polyester, foil, and polyethylene, with the metal layer providing discharge shielding and minimizing penetration of electric fields and electrostatic discharges. Key specifications include a moisture vapor transmission rate of =0.0003 grams/100 sq. in./24 hrs, tensile strength of 6000 PSI (41 MPa), puncture resistance of 20 lbs (88 N), and ESD shielding of <10 nJ.
