The SZNUD3124DMT1G is a micro-integrated inductive load driver designed as a single-component solution for switching inductive loads in automotive and industrial environments. It is capable of driving relay coils rated up to 150 mA at 12 V and accepts logic level inputs, allowing it to be driven by devices like microcontrollers. The device features an internal Zener diode, which eliminates the need for an external free-wheeling diode, thereby simplifying circuit design and reducing PCB layout complexity.
