DESCRIPTION

The MC100EP29DTR2G is a dual master-slave D-type flip-flop featuring fully differential data, clock, and output signals. It operates at a typical maximum frequency exceeding 3 GHz with propagation delays around 500 ps. This device supports a wide PECL operating range from VCC = 3.0V to 5.5V and includes temperature compensation for enhanced stability. Each flip-flop has asynchronous, overriding Set and Reset inputs, and the differential inputs have special circuitry to ensure stability under open input conditions. Its high-speed performance makes it ideal for clock distribution, data synchronization, and other high-frequency logic applications.
