DESCRIPTION
The MCP3462RT-E/ST is a two-channel, 16-bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a programmable data rate of up to 153.6 ksps. It offers a programmable gain from 0.33x to 64x and includes an integrated low-drift 2.4V voltage reference, an internal oscillator, and a temperature sensor to reduce external component count. The device communicates via a 20 MHz SPI-compatible serial interface and operates with an analog supply (AVDD) from 2.7V to 3.6V and a digital supply (DVDD) from 1.8V to 3.6V. These features make it well-suited for applications such as precision sensor transducers, factory automation, and portable instrumentation.
