DESCRIPTION

The 1201M2S1CBE2 is a miniature slide switch from the 1000 Series featuring a double-pole double-throw (DPDT) configuration with horizontal actuation and PC mounting without tabs. It incorporates silver contact material with matte-tin terminal plating, rated for 6 amps at 120 V AC or 28 V DC, and 3 amps at 250 V AC. The switch demonstrates contact resistance below 10 mO typical at 2–4 V DC with 100 mA, an insulation resistance of 10? O minimum, and dielectric strength of 1,000 Vrms minimum at sea level. Operating over a temperature range of -30°C to 65°C with an electrical life of 40,000 make-and-break cycles at full load, this switch is well-suited for test and measurement equipment, telecommunications, and computer peripherals where reliable switching performance is required.
