DESCRIPTION
The 515-1252-17-72F is a right-angle Optopipe® light pipe from Dialight's 515 Series, featuring a 3mm diameter output with a flat lens design. This light pipe is part of a variable length and height product family, with dimensions of 1.690" (42.93mm) housing length (Dim "B"), 0.172" (45.00mm) overall length (Dim "A"), 0.300" (7.62mm) top of PCB to centerline lightpipe height, and 0.400" (10.16mm) overall height. The device operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and mounts via 0.094" (2.39mm) PCB holes with a minimum PCB thickness of 0.047" (1.194mm). It provides no optical crosstalk, no light bleed, high ESD protection, and optical efficiency through its enclosed housing design. The light pipe is ideal for telecom, networking, data storage, medical, test and measurement, automation controls, EV-charging, and industrial embedded solutions where reliable LED indication is required.
