DESCRIPTION

MC12CF050D-F is a multilayer RF mica chip capacitor designed for high-frequency, high-power, and high-voltage applications. It features a capacitance of 6 pF with a rated voltage of 1000 Vdc in a 1210 case size, utilizing natural mica dielectric that retains high-Q performance to many megahertz. The capacitor operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of 100 ±100 ppm/°C. Its rugged construction is free from thermal cracking and compatible with FR4 boards, exceeding the 2 mm bend test. Common applications include MRI coils and generators, RF instruments, power amplifiers, tuned LCR circuits, and mobile radio systems.
