DESCRIPTION
12129425 is an APEX 150 sealed connector terminal designed for automotive sealed inline and device applications. It features a two-piece box and blade terminal construction with a tangless/lanceless locking mechanism and an integrated floating spring made of beryllium copper or copper nickel silicon. The terminal accommodates wire gauges from 22 to 16 AWG (0.35 to 1.0 mm²) and is available in both female and male genders with unsealed sealing options and tin or gold plating. With a maximum operating temperature of 125°C, maximum vibration rating of 12 G, and maximum current capacity of 22 A, this terminal delivers heavy-duty performance and the highest current rating in its class. The contact resistance is less than 0.5 mO, with mating and unmating forces of less than 3.5 N and 1 N respectively, making it ideal for reliable automotive electrical connections.
