DESCRIPTION

The JAND38999/32W13N is a plug dust cover designed to protect unmated MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors from environmental hazards and impurities. Constructed from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, it features a conductive cadmium plating (Finish W) that provides 500 hours of salt spray resistance. This protective cover is rated for an operating temperature range of -65°C to +175°C. It includes a QPL-approved stainless steel rope lanyard for secure attachment. This dust cap is essential for maintaining the integrity of connector interfaces in harsh military and aerospace environments when the connector is not in use.
