DESCRIPTION

The F31S-1A7L1-11060 is a 0.50mm pitch vertical ZIF flex connector designed for flexible flat cable (FFC) and flexible printed circuit (FPC) applications. It features a vertical flip locking mechanism with dual contact points, surface mount termination, and a compact height of 5.80mm, supporting 10 to 70 contact positions with a cable thickness of 0.30mm. The connector delivers electrical performance with a voltage rating of 50V AC/DC, current rating of 0.5A, contact resistance of 30mO maximum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V AC (2mA, 1min), while maintaining mechanical durability of 30 mating cycles and FFC/FPC retention force of 20gf/pin. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with LCP housing (UL94V-0), phosphor bronze contacts, and lead-free, RoHS-compliant construction, this connector is ideal for automotive multimedia, navigation systems, consumer electronics, industrial applications, and medical devices where vibration resistance and high solderability are essential.
