DESCRIPTION

F308-1B7F1-21010-E200 is a 0.50mm pitch right-angle Non-ZIF flex connector featuring an autolock mechanism and surface mount termination designed for FFC/FPC cable connections. The connector has a compact height of 2.45mm with contact thickness of 0.15mm and supports 6 to 68 positions, accommodating cable thickness of 0.33mm. It delivers robust mechanical performance with FFC/FPC retention force of 25g/terminal minimum, insertion force of 0.5N × n + 4N maximum, and durability rated for 20 mating cycles. Electrically, it provides 50V AC/DC voltage rating, 0.5A current rating, and contact resistance of 60MO maximum initially and 40MO maximum after mating, with insulation resistance of 100MO minimum. The housing is constructed from LCP (UL94V-0) with PPS actuator, and features GND terminals for noise prevention and high-temperature thermoplastic materials rated for -55°C to +105°C operation. This connector is ideal for automotive, industrial, medical, consumer electronics, and robotic applications requiring vibration-proof, one-handed assembly with strong FFC/FPC retention.
