The 30-00657 is a 2-conductor, 26 AWG shielded wire designed for reliable signal transmission. It is constructed with tinned copper strand conductors, HDPE insulation, a spiral tinned copper shield with 90% minimum coverage, and an aramid fiber filler for strength. The assembly is enclosed in a durable, cool gray TPU jacket with an overall diameter of 3.1 mm, rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 70°C. This wire has a voltage rating of 150V and is tested for high-flex applications, enduring a minimum of 15,000 bend cycles. The biocompatible jacket (ISO 10993), along with RoHS and REACH compliance, makes it suitable for medical devices, instrumentation, and other demanding applications.
