DESCRIPTION

The 1-1393030-6 is a dual AC output solid state relay (SSRD-240D40) featuring paired SCR outputs in a compact "hockey puck" package. It provides two independent Form A (SPST-NO) AC output channels with a maximum switching rating of 40A rms at 25°C when mounted to a heatsink, operating from a 4-15VDC control input and switching 24-280VAC loads at 47-63 Hz. The relay incorporates 4000V rms optical isolation between input and output, inverse parallel SCR outputs for bidirectional AC switching, and offers zero voltage turn-on operation for reduced EMI. With a thermal resistance of 0.86°C/W (junction to baseplate), continuous duty rating, and plastic UL 94V-0 case material, this relay is well-suited for industrial control applications including HVAC systems, motor control, and power distribution equipment where reliable AC switching and compact form factor are essential.
