DESCRIPTION

The HF693 is a 50 ohm RF signal relay featuring a 5VDC bistable, 2-coil configuration. It provides a 1 form C (changeover) contact arrangement and is designed to operate over a frequency range from DC to 6GHz. Key electrical characteristics include a set voltage of 3.75VDC, a coil resistance of 178 Ω, and a rated coil power of 140mW.
