DESCRIPTION

The 280393-2 is a shrouded AMPMODU II header assembly designed for PCB applications with a right-angle mounting configuration. It features a dual-row layout with 44 total positions and a 2.54 x 2.54 mm centerline matrix spacing, providing standard pitch connectivity for reliable signal transmission. The header incorporates a 6.60 mm mating post length and 3.50 mm termination post length, with gold-plated brass contacts and a glass-filled thermoplastic housing rated UL 94V-0 for flame resistance. The connector includes detent window mating locks for secure connection and is RoHS and ELV compliant, supporting wave solder processes up to 265°C. This header is commonly used in industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and data acquisition applications where robust PCB-to-connector interfaces are required.
