DESCRIPTION
3002024 is a transparent metal-in static shielding bag from the SCS 1000 Series, designed to provide a static-safe environment for sensitive electronic devices. The bag features a polyester, metal, and polyethylene laminate construction with an aluminum shield layer that provides discharge shielding, while the static dissipative exterior allows electrostatic charges to be removed when grounded. Key specifications include a thickness of 2.8 mils (0.071 mm), tensile strength of 4600 PSI (32 MPa), puncture resistance of 12 lbs (53 N), and ESD shielding of less than 10 nJ. The ZipTop (3000 series) style bag is heat sealable at temperatures of 300°F to 375°F and meets ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD S541, and ANSI/ESD S11.4 Level 3 standards. This RoHS 2 and REACH compliant bag is ideal for packaging and protecting static-sensitive electronic components during storage and transport.
