DESCRIPTION

The MDB6S is a 1A single-phase bridge rectifier designed for efficient AC-to-DC power conversion. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600V and an average rectified forward current of 1.0A. This rectifier can handle a high peak forward surge current of 30A and has a wide operating junction temperature range from -55°C to +150°C. With its glass passivated junctions, low forward voltage, and small MicroDIP package, the MDB6S offers an excellent balance of efficiency and size. It is well-suited for various power supply applications where space and efficiency are critical design factors.
